Q1: What devices can RIVER run? A: RIVER can power devices up to 1200W with EcoFlow X-Boost technology. However, not all electrical appliances are applicable with X-Boost. Some appliances with wattage ranging from 600-1800W and strict voltage requirements may not function properly. If the power exceeds 1200W without X-Boost or 1800W with X-Boost, the power supply will be overloaded and unusable (eg. air conditioners, fridge-freezers, microwaves, ovens).

Q2: How long will RIVER run my device? A: The run time is approximately equal to 288Wh multiplied by 0.85 divided by the operating wattage of your device. Different output powers have different inverter efficiencies, resulting in varying usage times for electrical appliances.

Q3: Why does the battery lose power when not in use? A: The unit may be in standby mode, consuming up to 50W through the power supply, screen, and/or inverter. Make sure to long-press the power button to completely turn off the unit. If power loss persists when the unit is off, try calibrating the battery by fully recharging it to 100% and using it to 0% two or three times. Contact customer support if the issue continues.
